so something possessed me tonight to cook like crazy. maybe pre-thanksgiving anticipation? who knows. but i am EXHAUSTED! and full. mmm.
check out my meal of roasted cornish game hen with stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy (which i made from scratch, thanks to mom's directions) and roasted butternut squash with a little cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and brown sugar. did i say mmmmm?
